32H Minister may require information
The Minister, at his or her discretion or on the request of the Treasurer, may require the Authority to provide to the Minister specified in the requirement, information relating to the affairs, or the performance and exercise of the functions and powers, of the Authority.
The Authority must comply with a requirement made under subsection (1).
