130 Termination, &c., of appointment of receiver or manager
This section applies where a receiver or manager has been appointed under this Division in respect of the trust money or business of a property agent.
The Board or the property agent may at any time apply to a magistrate for an order that – the appointment of the receiver or manager be terminated; or a different person, specified in the application, be appointed to be the receiver or manager.
The magistrate may make such an order.
