Property Agents and Land Transactions Act 2016

Part 2 of the Register is to be divided into – Division (1), which is to contain the name and business address of each property manager who is carrying on property management business and show, in addition, the address of each place where that manager is carrying on that business and the name under which that manager is doing so; and Division (2), which is to contain the names and business addresses of all other property managers and any other information approved by the Board.

If a property manager named in Part 2 is a company, the entry in respect of the manager is also to contain the name and business address of each of the directors of the manager.

For the purposes of subsection (1), a business address contained in Part 2 of the Register in relation to a property manager who holds a licence by virtue of holding deemed registration may be an address for the property manager in another State or a Territory.
