A general auctioneer named in Part 3(1) of the Register must not carry on general auctioneering business unless the business is – carried on at an authorised place of business; and managed by a natural person who is – the general auctioneer; or a general auctioneer named in Part 3(2) of the Register employed by the auctioneer. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.

A general auctioneer must not manage a general auctioneering business unless it is carried on at an authorised place of business for that business. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
