13A Nominated officers
For the purposes of this Act, each of the following is a nominated officer:the Director; a health officer; a police officer; a person approved by the Director; a member of a class of persons approved by the Director.
An approval under paragraph (d) or (e) may – impose conditions on the exercise or performance by the relevant person or persons of the powers or functions of a nominated officer under this Act; or be unconditional.
