40 Determination of results: dependence on official or podium positions
Unless the bookmaker and the bettor concerned agree otherwise, when a sports bet is made –
the sports bet is determined according to the official or podium positions in the relevant event as adjudged by the controlling official; and a subsequent disqualification, promotion or other change is to be disregarded in determining the result of the sports bet.
