44 Odds offered for tie, draw or dead heat
If an event results in a tie and odds on that result were offered by a bookmaker –
the result of the event for the purposes of a sports bet made with that bookmaker is to be determined exclusive of any tie-breaker; and such a sports bet is taken to have been lost if it was for any result other than a tie.
