78 Limited right of representation
At a mediation conference, each party to the retail tenancy dispute –
must conduct the party’s own case; and may be represented by an Australian legal practitioner or an agent approved by the mediator only if – the party is a corporation; or the mediator is satisfied that the Australian legal practitioner or the agent should be permitted to represent the party.
