75 Attempted resolution of retail tenancy disputes
The parties to a retail lease must attempt to resolve any retail tenancy dispute between them by direct negotiation.
If the parties to a retail lease fail to resolve a retail tenancy dispute by direct negotiation, either party may make an application to the Director for the mediation of the dispute and attempt to negotiate a mutually acceptable resolution.
