37 Beginning a U-turn
A driver must not begin a U-turn unless –
the driver has a clear view of any approaching traffic; and the driver can safely make the U-turn without unreasonably obstructing the free movement of traffic.
Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
Approaching traffic means traffic approaching from any direction – see the definition in the dictionary.
