3 Interpretation
In this Act – Principal Act means the State Service Act 2000; repealed Act means the Tasmanian State Service Act 1984.
Expressions used in this Act that are defined in the Principal Act have in this Act, unless the contrary intention appears, the respective meanings given to those expressions by the Principal Act.
