106 Notice of application
The Recorder must, after receiving an application for relief under this Part, give written notice of the application, the grounds of the application and the nature of relief sought to – the body corporate; and any other person who would, in the Recorder's opinion, be affected if the relief sought in the application were granted.
The body corporate must, after receiving notice under this section, give a copy of the notice to – every owner affected by the application; and a mortgagee who has given written notice of the mortgagee's interest to the body corporate; and any occupier who would be affected if the order sought were made.
