15 Commencement of easements
Statutory easements come into force on the registration of the strata plan.
Easements and restrictive covenants that are included in the strata plan, and burden land comprised in the site, come into force on the registration of the plan.
An easement or restrictive covenant created by a transaction authorised under this Division comes into force on registration of the dealing under which the easement or restrictive covenant is created.
