38 Lodgment of staged development scheme
The Recorder may, on application by the developer under a staged development scheme, register the scheme.
An application for registration of a staged development scheme must be accompanied by – the staged development scheme; and a certificate issued under the authority of the council for the area in which the site is situated certifying that the council has approved the scheme in principle and stating any conditions to which the approval is subject; and the certificates of title to the land affected by the scheme; and the prescribed fee.
