53 Application for approval of scheme in principle
The developer under a community development scheme must apply to the council for the area in which the site is situated for approval of the scheme in principle.
The application must be accompanied by – the proposed community development scheme; and any other document required by the council; and the prescribed fee.
An application may be made whether the site is wholly undeveloped or partially developed.
