61 Injunction
The Supreme Court may, on application by an interested person, grant a mandatory injunction requiring the developer under a community development scheme to complete the scheme in accordance with the terms of the scheme.
The following are interested persons:an owner or prospective owner of a lot; a body corporate for the community development scheme; a body corporate for a strata scheme within the community development scheme; the council for the relevant area.
