70 Period of reservation
The reservation of a name is for an initial period of 2 years and may be extended by the Recorder for an additional period of one year.
The extension may be granted on an application made within the initial period by the person for whom the name is reserved.
A reservation lapses if – the person for whose benefit the name was reserved withdraws the reservation; or a plan is registered in which the reserved name is given to the scheme.
