20 Restriction on application of Crown Lands Act 1976
Subject to this Act, the Crown Lands Act 1976 applies in relation to Crown land, within the meaning of that Act, that is within a corridor.
Despite any provision of the Crown Lands Act 1976, land that is within a corridor, and an estate or interest in such land, may not be transferred, reserved, set aside, managed, leased, licensed, or otherwise disposed of, under that Act, except as authorised under this Act.
Subsection (2) does not apply in relation to the disposal under the Crown Lands Act 1976 of an interest in Crown land that is an easement.
Section 45A of the Crown Lands Act 1976 does not apply in relation to a person in respect of an activity carried out by the person under and in accordance with a business permission.
If a provision of this Act is inconsistent with a provision of the Crown Lands Act 1976, the provision of this Act prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
