24 Minister may cancel permission issued by corridor manager
The Minister may cancel a corridor authorisation granted under this Act by a corridor manager in relation to a corridor if –
the Minister is of the opinion that – the area of land, within the corridor, to which the authorisation relates is required for a reserved purpose; or the continuance of the authorisation may prevent the attainment of the corridor safety and use objectives; or the holder of the authorisation has contravened a term or condition of the authorisation or has prevented the attainment of the corridor safety and use objectives; or the holder of the authorisation is using the land for any purpose other than the purpose for which the authorisation was granted.
