32 Committee of management
A corridor manager may, in accordance with the regulations, establish a committee of management in relation to the corridor.
The function of a committee of management is to assist the corridor manager to perform and exercise the functions and powers of the corridor manager.
A member of a committee of management is subject to the directions of the corridor manager.
Subject to subsection (2) and the regulations, if any, a committee of management may conduct its business in the manner it thinks fit.
