69 Persons under legal incapacity

In this section – substitute decision-maker means a person who has a legal right or legal obligation to make decisions for another person.

It is not necessary for a person under legal incapacity to have a substitute decision-maker merely in order to be a group member.

A group member who is a person under legal incapacity may only take a step in representative proceedings, or conduct part of the proceedings, by means of the member’s substitute decision-maker.
