34A Certificate of finalisation
If an action or proceeding has been finalised otherwise than by judgment, order or discontinuance, the party who filed the originating process in the action or proceeding is to file a notice certifying that the action or proceeding has come to an end.
A notice filed under subrule (1) is to – be in the prescribed form; and be filed within 21 days after the action or proceeding has come to an end.
