35 Office copies
On receipt of a request from a person entitled to have a copy of any record of the Court or of any document filed, the registrar is to supply a copy of the record or document requested.
The record or document is to be marked with the words "office copy" and sealed.
An office copy provided under subrule (1) is a certified copy for the purposes of any law relating to the admission in evidence of certified copies.
