911 Attachment of debts
A debt or periodical payment owing by, or accruing due from, a firm carrying on business in Tasmania may be attached under this Division notwithstanding that one or more members of the firm may reside out of the jurisdiction.
A provisional garnishee order is to be served on a person having the control or management of the partnership business or a member of the firm within the jurisdiction.
