919 Priority of orders
Where 2 or more provisional orders in respect of a debt have been served on a garnishee –
those orders have priority according to the order in which they were served; and the order which is the first to be served on the garnishee is to be satisfied in full before payment is made in order to satisfy any order which is served later.
