29 Effect of discharge of parentage order
This section applies except to the extent that the court orders otherwise.
On the making of an order discharging a parentage order, the rights, privileges, duties, liabilities and relationships of the child and all other persons are the same as if the parentage order had not been made.
However, the making of an order discharging a parentage order does not affect – anything lawfully done, or the consequences of anything lawfully done, while the parentage order was in force; or a right, privilege or liability acquired, accrued or incurred while the parentage order was in force.
