Accreditation of counsellors

In force

The Secretary of the Department may, by notice in writing, accredit as a counsellor for the purposes of this Act a person who –

has a tertiary qualification or its equivalent in social work, psychology, counselling or another relevant field; and in the opinion of the Secretary, has appropriate experience.
