38 Accredited higher education course subject to conditions
The accreditation of a higher education course is subject to any condition determined by the Board and notified in writing to the provider of the course.
The Board may at any time impose a condition on the accreditation of a higher education course or amend the conditions to which an accredited higher education course is subject by notifying the provider of the course in writing.
