Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification Act 2003

A person who applied for the accreditation of an accredited higher education course may apply for the renewal of the accreditation of that course not less than 6 calendar months before the accreditation ceases to have effect.

This Part applies in respect of an application for renewal of the accreditation of an accredited higher education course, and that renewal, as if the application were an application for a first accreditation as an accredited higher education course.
