Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification Act 2003

On granting to a person the status of self-accrediting higher education provider and at any other time, the Board may – impose conditions to which the grant is subject; and amend any such conditions.

A condition imposed under this section, or the amendment under this section of such a condition, takes effect on the day on which the self-accrediting higher education provider receives written notice of the condition, or amendment, or on a later day specified in that notice.
