12 Acquisition of land for business undertakings
TDR may, with the approval of the Minister, acquire land for the purpose of a business undertaking or for the purpose of establishing, developing, or expanding business undertakings generally.
Any land acquired under this section may be subsequently leased or sold in accordance with section 14.
