14 Disposal of land purchased for new industries
TDR may, with the approval of the Minister, dispose of any land acquired under section 12 to a person who has an interest in a business undertaking – by granting a lease of the land for such term as TDR thinks fit, and containing such terms and conditions as it thinks fit; or by selling the land on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit.
Any land that is leased to a person in accordance with subsection (1)(a) may be sold subsequently to that person or his assigns in accordance with subsection (1)(b).
