29G Quarterly reports
The Board must prepare a report on the operations of TDR for each of the first 3 quarters of a financial year.
A quarterly report is to be provided to the Minister and the Treasurer – within 30 days after the end of the quarter; or if another period after the end of the quarter is agreed between the Board and the Minister, within the agreed period.
A quarterly report must include the information required to be given in the report by the Minister by written notice provided to the Board.
