29I Directions, &c., given by Minister
A direction given by the Minister under this Division may adopt either wholly or partly and with or without modification, and either specifically or by reference, any Treasurer's Instructions, within the meaning of the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995, whenever issued.
The Board must comply with a direction given to it by the Minister under this Division.
