Register of directors' shareholdings, &c.

In force

TDR shall keep a register showing, with respect to each director and authorized officer, particulars of – shares in any company in which the director or authorized officer has any interest; and any other interest in a company that is held by the director or authorized officer – and the nature and extent of any such interest.

A register kept by TDR pursuant to subsection (1) shall be open for inspection by any member of the public without charge.
