45 Requirement for secrecy
A director, administrator, or officer of TDR who, in the course of the administration of this Act, obtains any information as to a process, technique, practice, plan, invention, specification, prototype, or design shall maintain and aid in maintaining the secrecy of that information except for the purposes of the administration of this Act.
A director, administrator, or officer of TDR who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a penalty not exceeding 10 penalty units or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 3 months, or both.
