15 Loan from Treasurer
The Treasurer may lend to the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries, out of money provided by Parliament for the purpose, any money that the Treasurer considers appropriate.
A loan is subject to any conditions determined by the Treasurer.
An amount lent under subsection (1) and any interest or other charge payable in respect of the loan is a debt repayable by the Corporation or subsidiary into the Public Account.
