17 Guarantee fees
Division 1 of Part 11 of the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 applies in relation to the Corporation and a subsidiary of the Corporation as if – the Corporation were a Government Business Enterprise specified in Schedule 3 to that Act; and the subsidiary were a subsidiary within the meaning of that Act.
