TasTAFE may appoint a person for one or more of the following purposes:the purposes of this Act; the purposes of providing vocational education and training, or other education and training, by or on behalf of TasTAFE.
A person may be appointed under subsection (1) on such terms and conditions that TasTAFE considers appropriate.
