Division 1Administrative requirements for TasTAFE

20 Child safe code of conduct

Within 3 months after the commencement of this section, the TasTAFE Board must prepare a code of conduct in respect of TasTAFE that specifies, in relation to all persons employed or engaged in relation to TasTAFE – the expected behaviours when interacting with TasTAFE students, children and young people; and behaviours that are unacceptable when interacting with TasTAFE students, children and young people.

The TasTAFE Board is to ensure that the code of conduct prepared under subsection (1) is published on a website operated by, or on behalf of, TasTAFE, while that code of conduct remains in force.
