21 Funds of TasTAFE
The funds of TasTAFE consist of any money – received by it by way of fees, levies and charges; and otherwise received by it in the course of performing its functions and exercising its powers; and received by it, or the TasTAFE Board, from any other source.
The funds of TasTAFE are to be applied – in the payment of the remuneration of the TasTAFE directors, the TasTAFE CEO and the TasTAFE employees; and in the payment or discharge of the expenses, charges and obligations incurred or undertaken by TasTAFE in the performance and exercise of its functions and powers.
