33 Offences relating to TasTAFE director
A TasTAFE director must act honestly when taking an action, or refusing to take an action, in accordance with this Act. Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
A TasTAFE director must act honestly, and exercise reasonable care and diligence, when performing a function or exercising a power, or refusing to perform a function or exercise a power, under this Act. Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
