34 Offences relating to TasTAFE CEO
The TasTAFE CEO must act honestly when taking an action, or refusing to take an action, in accordance with this Act. Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
The TasTAFE CEO must act honestly, and exercise reasonable care and diligence, when performing a function or exercising a power, or refusing to perform a function or exercise a power, under this Act. Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
