5 Record to be kept as condition of licence
Without limiting any power of the Commission to impose a condition on a licence under the Act, the Commission may impose a condition on a licence –
requiring a record to be kept in relation to the hirings undertaken in accordance with the authority of the licence; and requiring the records so kept to be completed in accordance with the instructions of the Commission.
