5 Notice of decisions
As soon as practicable after making an administrative decision, the Commission must give each eligible person in relation to the decision notice of – the decision; and the person's right to apply for a review of the decision; and the application procedure; and the effect of regulation 9.
An eligible person in relation to an administrative decision is entitled, on request, to receive from the decision-maker a written statement of the reasons for the decision.
