5 Schedule 4 amended (Taxa of native flora and fauna which are vulnerable)
Division 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:
by omitting item 27;
by adding after item 29 the following item:
| Oxylobium oxylobioides | F. Muell., Fabaceae | sandstone bushpea |
by omitting item 48A.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995.
