Part 2 of Schedule 5 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:
by adding after item 121 in Division 1 the following item:

by omitting item 158 from Division 1;
by adding after item 3 in Division 2 the following items:

| Althenia preissii | E. L. Robertson, Potomogetonaceae | slender watermat |
by omitting items 58, 59 and 60 from Division 2.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995.
