18 Role of chief executive officer

The chief executive officer is responsible to the Board for the general administration and management of the Authority.

The chief executive officer – must perform any functions, and may exercise any powers, delegated to the chief executive officer by the Board; and must perform any other functions imposed on, and may exercise any other powers granted to, the chief executive officer by this or any other Act.
