19 Performance agreement
The Board and chief executive officer may enter into an agreement relating to the Board's expectations of the performance and exercise of the functions and powers of the chief executive officer.
The agreement may not prevent the chief executive officer from performing or exercising any function or power imposed on or given to the chief executive officer by this or any other Act.
