5 Prescribed offences for section 43H of Act
For the purposes of section 43H(6A) of the Act, the following are prescribed offences:
a parking offence;
a speeding offence;
an offence under regulation 12(2) or (3) of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021.
